All property details are accepted by Terona Holiday Rentals in good faith.  We cannot be held responsible for any misleading material or information supplied to us by Property owners/agents and therefore accepts no responsibility for any losses that occur from use of information supplied on our web page.  Any misleading or false information notified to us will be erased from the site.  All property details on this web site are the sole responsibility of the property owner/agent and Terona Holiday Rentals cannot guarantee Descriptions, standard or availability of the properties on this web site.

LEGAL OWNER

To advertise a property with Terona Holiday Rentals you must have legal authority either as the owner or appointed agent for the property and must be 18years or older.   Terona Holiday rentals reserve the right to remove adverts which are found to be misleading or have unsuitable material within there advert.  No refund of payments will be made.

Terona Holiday Rentals will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies from external links to outside sites.  We make no guarantee that these sites and others linked to these sites are free from viruses or computer damaging programmes and cannot be held responsible for any materiel created or published by third parties linked to this site.

RENTAL AGREEMENTS

All rental agreements are between Property Owner and Customer.  Terona Holiday rentals will play no part in any dispute or transfer of funds/payments/reimbursements due to disagreements between said parties.  Please make sure written confirmations and receipts are received/issued.  Terona Holiday rentals advises all tenants to confirm the terms of the rental agreement with the property owner in writing before final payments are made. Please bear in mind Holiday travel insurance is essential and should be taken out before booking your accommodation and travel

SITE ACCESS

Terona Holiday Rentals will endeavour to have 24hour access to this site all year round but may have to suspend service for essential repairs or maintenance.  Terona Holiday Rentals will not accept responsibility for any loss of profits or damages resulting from these temporary but necessary shut downs.

COPYRIGHT

Terona Holiday Rentals accepts photographic and textural material from Property Owners or agents with the firm belief that it is legally theirs to use in this manner.  No information should be reproduced from this site without permission of the copyright owner.

DESIGN & LAYOUT

Terona Holiday rentals reserves the right to edit or amend any details supplied  to us and to have the final say in the layout of the advertisements on our website.
