The complex is located just 150m from the 7km stretch of beach where you will find a host of beach bars, water sports and water taxis.

While there are loads of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, more lively entertainment can be found in the centre of Sunny Beach, approx 25mins walk or why not relax in the old ancient town of Nessebar which dates back to the 2nd century AD, approx 15 minutes walk.

Approx 50mtrs from the complex there are local bus routes, taxi ranks and there is also a tourist train that runs from the area to both Nessebar and Sunny beach centre.
