Introduction:

Our town house is located in the small and beautiful coastal village of San Juan de Los Terreros on the Costa Almeria. The house has 2 bedrooms, the first room is fitted with a double bed and is air conditioned providing both warm and cool air. The second room is fitted with twin beds and is also air conditioned. There is 1 family shower-room and 1 family bathroom.

The accommodation is set on a new urbanization, just 10 minutes walk to the blue flag beach and new promenade where there are restaurants, shops and bars, most of which are open all year round. The urbanization consists of residential houses and holiday homes with several communal swimming pools.

Costa Almeria offers the perfect year round climate in the whole of Spain with little rain and hours of daylight sun. Temperatures range between 15c in the winter to 25c in summer. The beaches are perfect with beautiful sand and bathing for all the family.

San Juan de Terreros is only 8 kms from the fishing port of Aguilas and just 12 kms from Pulpi, while Almeria city is 1 hours drive. The resort of Mojacar is 40kms along the coast road which also takes you through the resorts of Garrucha and Vera.

How to Get There: From San Javier, Murcia Airport. Follow the signs up to the motorway and head towards AP7 Cartagena. After about 15km take the exit AP7/E15 toward Vera/Almeria. Follow this motorway for 80km and lookout for the EXIT 878 Aguilas. Follow the C3211 towards Aguilas and at the roundabout TURN RIGHT toward Vera. After about 5km you will see a signpost for San Juan de los Terreros and you need to pull into the middle lane and turn LEFT then immediately right. Follow this road into San Juan.
