Introduction:
Casablanca is a wonderful family-owned villa located in Playa Blanca on the most Southern tip of Lanzarote. The location is known for getting the best of weather and has a reputation for being the up market part of Lanzarote. It was originally a fishing village which has been carefully developed to allow only low rise homes and luxury Hotels around the very best sandy beaches. Villa Blancas, unlike much of the accommodation in the area, is not part of a typical tourist resort but is on a completely private development. This means that it is as far removed from the "Butlins" style of holiday as it could be and consequently they are exclusive and secluded individual villas. It is possible to park directly outside the villa, which is a somewhat unusual feature in the area but which is a very positive advantage when carrying children, luggage or shopping. Additionally, Casablanca is a villa that has been built in the last few years to a very high specification to include spacious accommodation, a superior finish including the use of hardwood, marble and granite, and enjoys a wonderful location with fantastic views. It is also both furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The large master bedroom suite is a superb self-contained area with a king-sized bed, two bedside tables and lamps and a large chest of drawers. It has access onto its own private sun terrace with two loungers and panoramic views over Playa Blanca to the Papagayo beaches, to Los Lobos and Fuerta Ventura and accross to the mountains behind. There is a seperate walk-in dressing area with another large chest of drawers. The second bedroom on the ground floor has two, 3ft single beds, bedside table and lamp. The third bedroom again has two twin beds with fitted wardrobe. The fourth bedroom/studiio can sleep three, and was designed to stand alone with shower/toilet and small kitchen. Although it has lockable access from the main house, it has its own entrance and private patio to the rear. It also has its own TV. There are two bathrooms in the villa, the ensuite bath/shower room is a large tiled room with twin inset wash hand basins, with lit mirrors above, WC, bidet and sunken bath into a raised area giving double views. There is also a seperate shower cubicle and hair dryer. The second bathroom is situated between the two guest bedrooms and has a WC, inset wash hand basin with lit mirrors above, and a bath with shower attachment. It also has a hairdryer.

Living Room: There are two lovely cream leather sofas and a matching stool around a glass coffee table with two side lamps on matching tables for very comfortable seating. On the opposite wall there is a large flat screen television with Sky satellite. Additionally there is a CD/radio/cassette player.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kitchen: The Kitchen is a large square room overlooking the front and pool area, two sides of which are fitted with an excellent range of Azure blue fitted cupboards with a black granite worktop. The appliances include a multi function halogen hob with extractor hood above, a large fridge with separate ice box and an integrated dishwasher. The bistro service caters for 6/8 servings with mugs and glasses and there are all the usual utensils, equipment and appliances provided. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dining: In the open plan Hall area opening up to the staircase there is a large table and 8 chairs for dining. This area is directly adjacent to the separate Kitchen -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No of Bedrooms: 4 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No of Bathrooms: 2 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Services: The basic rate includes villa preparation prior to arrival and linen replaced every week. Shopping can be arranged for arrival. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Outside Property: The Villa has the benefit of its own Private Pool which can be heated for an additional charge. The pool is a good size and has a shower alongside. The whole area is tiled and has ample room for sunbathing and ‘al-fresco’ dining, with a huge cantilevered umbrella, and is accessible from the large sliding doors from both the Living / Dining Room and from one of the Guest Bedrooms. There is ample outside furniture for the usual requirements and the whole area is well lit. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Other Facilities: It is possible to park directly outside the villa • Swimming Pool • Sun Patio • Private Sun Terrace -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Suitability: The optimal number of guests is 6 although it is possible to add a further Z-bed for a child or a cot for a baby. Ferry to Fuertaventura. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Booking Conditions: The Villa can be rented normally Thursday / Thursday, but there can be flexibility for other days. If the pool heating is required an initial deposit is required of £50 per week with meter readings to be taken. The standard conditions apply being 10% on reservation with the balance falling due 4 weeks prior to departure. No refunds unless the booking can be filled.
