Living Room: In the living room there is a leather corner suite, beech coffee and end table and lamps, a TV with sky and a DVD player. The flooring throughout is Marble. There are double patio doors (fitted with electronic security shutters) leading out to the terrace which overlooks the golf course.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything else from t-towels to pots and pans. The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside Property: The main terrace spans the width of the apartment across the living room and master bedroom and has a large iron and glass table with 4 comfortable chairs. There is a smaller private terrace leading off the twin bedroom and this has a bistro table and 2 chairs.

Other Facilities: There is a secure underground parking garage with an allocated parking space. There is an elevator up to the ground floor apartment from the garage. There are two swimming pools with sun beds. One pool is for the children and a life guard is on duty during high season. For the more energetic of you there is a paddle tennis court.

Immediate Vicinity: The La Duquesa Golf Course is within walking distance and Puerto de la Duquesa (marina)is 5 minutes drive. The marina is surrounded by restaurants, bars and boutiques on two levels and also has a small supermarket. The beach is also accessible from the marina.

Close By: The small town of Sabinillas is very close and can be reached by walking along the board walk at the beach. Sabinillas has a Friday market selling fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers, local crafts as well as household goods. A large supermarket is also to be found in Sabinillas along with banks etc. Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella are all an easy drive away and well worth a visit as are Mijas, Ronda and Gibraltar.

How to Get There: You can fly to one of three airports, Gibraltar is the closest (20 min drive) Malaga (55 min drive) or Jerez (75 min drive. They are serviced by Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch, British Airways among others.

Booking Conditions: A 30% deposit is payable upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. We charge a damage deposit of 100 euro which is refundable on departure if the apartment is left in good order.
