Introduction:

This is a cosy modern 3 bedroom holiday home located along the famous Atlantic Drive near Downings Co. Donegal with superb views over the beach and Mulroy Bay. Tra Na Rossan beach is only 5-10 minute walk from the holiday home and is approximately a 10 minute walk to Melmore beach and the renowned Singing Pub. A short drive brings you to Downings beach, Tramore strand, Rssapenna golf links and Pavillion and Downings village with all its tourist facilities. These include hotels , bars, supermarket , leisure centre and Kidz Kingdom soft play centre.

This is a super holiday location for all. The pine finish in the holiday home is cool in summer and warm in winter.The large rear garden is very suitable for family play. The  sun (dining) room ,living room and front bedrooms have spectacular views. The gallery feature upstairs can double up as a living / play area by day and extra bedroom at night. This area is suitable for a fun kids bedding area. The holiday home can sleep 10 people - lending itself to 2 families / grandparents sharing. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one double and one with twin beds beside downstairs bathroom. The other large bedroom on the first floor has a kingsize bed  with en-suite bathroom. The gallery has two double sofabeds.

The nearby village of Downings is only 3 miles and is a very popular tourist resort and fishing port with lively pubs and night-life. The scenic  8 mile Altantic Drive skirts the Rosguill Peninsula and this area provides many  activities for visitors to enjoy. In addition to the abundance of golden sandy beaches there are many water based activities in the area - such as wind surfing, deep sea diving, jet skiing, sea angling and boating. There is also horse riding, hill walking, cycling and jogging routes. The Magherabeg Leisure Centre in Downings village features swimming pool, gym, sauna , steam room and jacuzzi. Next door is the newly opened 'Kidz Kingdom' indoor soft play centre.

The nearby (2 miles) Rossapenna Golf Club features two classic 18 hole links golf courses. For the less advanced then there is also a 18 hole pitch'n put, driving range, crazy golf and tennis court on site.

Other scenic dives in the area are the Lough Salt drive towards Glen and world famous Glenveagh National Park .

Climb Muckish and Errigal. Mount Errigal , the highest mountain in Donegal is a demanding climb but once at the top you can see for miles around.

Take a day trip to Tory Island.
